Multi-tenant data isolation
Every record — employee, attendance, payroll, document — is scoped to a company ID at the database level. One company can never query or see another company's data.
Authenticated, role-scoped access
Every request runs behind a login-protected session, scoped to a role (admin or employee) and a single company's tenant.
Approval-first by design
Profile changes, resignations, comp offs and expenses never apply instantly — an employee submits, an admin approves. Nothing changes silently.
Hashed credentials
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and temporary passwords must be replaced by the employee on first login.
